Blackburn Rovers are standing firm on their £25 million valuation for Adam Wharton amidst interest from several Premier League clubs, including Crystal Palace, Tottenham Hotspur, and potentially Chelsea.

Crystal Palace has already made multiple bids for the 19-year-old midfielder, with their latest offer reaching up to £18.5 million. However, Blackburn is adamant about receiving a club-record fee for Wharton's transfer.

Despite Palace's interest, Blackburn is considering keeping Wharton until the end of the season, possibly through a loan-back arrangement, although Cheick Doucoure's injury has complicated this option.

There is now concern that Tottenham Hotspur could hijack Palace's attempts to sign Wharton as they seek midfield reinforcements. Chelsea has also emerged as a potential contender, with scouts monitoring Wharton's performances closely.

The competition for Wharton's signature extends beyond Palace and Tottenham, with Wolves and Newcastle United also reportedly interested. Additionally, Liverpool, Arsenal, and Manchester United have been linked with potential moves for the talented midfielder.

Blackburn Rovers, currently 18th in the Championship table, are holding firm on their valuation of Wharton, who is considered one of the most promising talents in the division. With his contract running until 2028, Blackburn has a strong negotiating position and is aiming to secure a lucrative deal for the young midfielder.

Despite their recent dip in form, Blackburn is in no rush to sell Wharton and will hold out for the right price amidst the heightened interest from Premier League clubs.
